Why agents stall at 3 or 4

The gap is rarely effort. It's structure.

Most agents at this level work hard. What's missing is a repeatable plan, someone holding them to it, and help with everything that isn't selling.

"My pipeline is feast or famine."We build a weekly lead routine you can actually keep, then review it with you every week.
"I know what to do. I just don't do it consistently."Coaching calls and accountability check-ins keep the plan moving when the week gets busy.
"Paperwork and admin eat my week."Low-cost transaction coordination and VA support take the busywork off your plate.
"I can't get my broker on the phone."You get direct access to Nestor. Not a ticket queue, not a call center.

Been with eXp before?

Right track. Wrong train.

If you joined eXp in the past and it didn't work out, the model may not have been the problem. At eXp, the sponsor and organization you choose shape the support you get. If you're eligible to come back, this is your chance to choose leadership that can get you where you want to go.

Incentivized mentorship

We don't recruit you and leave you on your own. Our organization grows only when your business grows, so we stay invested in it.

Your sponsor choice sticks.eXp generally treats the sponsor you name when you join as final. Choose carefully.
Rejoining has rules.Eligibility for returning agents depends on eXp's current policy. We'll confirm yours before anything else.
Pick leadership, not a logo.Ask who will coach you, how often, and what support is included. Then hold them to it.

Currently with eXp? We respect eXp's sponsorship policy and won't ask you to change sponsors.

Before you book

Questions agents ask.

What happens on the 1:1 call?

It's a 30-minute video call with Nestor. We look at where your business is today, what it would take to reach 12 to 15 deals a year, and whether our support fits how you work. You'll leave with a clearer picture either way.

What does the support cost?

Some support is included and some services, like transaction coordination and staging, are offered at a discount to agents in our organization. We cover pricing on the call so you can compare it to what you pay today.

Will this get me to a specific income?

No one can promise that. Many agents we talk to are working toward goals like $100K, $250K, or $300K a year, and the right number depends on your market, prices, expenses, and how you run your business. We'll help you build a plan around your own numbers.

I'm already with eXp. Can I join your organization?

eXp has its own sponsorship rules, and we follow them. If you're already at eXp, book a call and we'll look at what's possible for you under current eXp policy.

Do I have to join a team or change my brand?

We'll talk through your current setup and goals on the call. Our focus is helping you build your own business.

Is this only for San Mateo County?

Our support is built around the Peninsula market, and most agents we work with are in San Mateo County. If you're nearby, book a call and we'll talk about fit.
